The World Best Roulette system ‘that shocked the casino world' (must have been on holiday when that piece of news broke) is a software-based system that gives a winning rate of 94.6% using flat bets (which, to be fair makes a refreshing change from the Martingale, progressive staking systems [which Davis dismisses as all being out-right scams]). The system is based on artificial neural networks (ANN). Davis supposedly adapted an ANN to beat the casinos' rapid-number-generator software.
For $497 you get the software for three months, ONLY to be used in the 24kt Gold Casino and with a maximum of 5000 spins per month. Three months later you can pay $1003 to carry on at same casino or $1500 to use a different casino with different software. I always disregard systems that only work at specific casinos for all the reasons that Davis mentions himself in his FAQ section: ‘I am not waiting for commissions from your losses – like the scammers do.'

One seemingly redeeming feature of World Best Roulette System is the option to test the software for free in a trial version to be used in the casino's ‘fun' mode. His system, of course, works perfectly, but in ‘real' play the same system reduced my bankroll more rapidly than a hummingbird's wing-beats.
A little research suggests that the ‘play for fun mode is nothing but a long list of pre set numbers: that is why you can play without an Internet connection'. I can't help but feel that the system works so well in this casino's fun mode, because the system's author has studied the non-random results over long periods of time. Hence why he advocates the use of the software at a specific casino.
